You may use this Site to browse and purchase products for your own personal use. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it through automated means without our permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

All products are made to order. We take care to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but in the rare event an error slips through, we reserve the right to correct it. Because most orders begin production automatically within a short window of being placed, we may not always be able to reach you before that happens. If we discover a pricing or listing error, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we're unable to reach you in time, or a correction isn't possible, we'll cancel the affected order and issue a full refund rather than charge you a different amount without your agreement.

We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or update descriptions at any time without notice, though this won't affect orders already placed.

5. Orders & Contract

Placing an order through the Site is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. Our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, both available on the Site, form part of these terms.

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this Site are the property of Kymera Media Limited unless otherwise stated, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs or content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kymera Media Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
