Freefall — Shipping Policy

Overview

All Freefall products are made to order and printed by a network of trusted print partners across the UK, US, and elsewhere. Because different products in the same order may be produced by different partners, items can sometimes arrive in separate packages, at different times.

Production Times

Most items are printed and prepared for shipping within 2–7 business days, though this can vary slightly by product. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order (or part of it) is dispatched.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom: 2–15 business days, depending on the item
Europe: 5–15 business days
United States: 2–8 business days
Rest of world: 10–30 business days

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@kymeramedia.com and we'll look into it for you.
